Teaming up 101

Go from being a group to becoming a team as you take on the rock wall and or challenge course at Sono Fieldhouse (SFH). This exciting curriculum teaches groups how to promote collaboration, team work, sportsmanship and much more. Available for school groups 12 and up, sports teams, faith based youth groups, scout troops, and others.

Extraordinary Teams

This level two program is for teams who have completed the teaming up 101 curriculum. In this powerful workshop your group will learn the secrets of Extra ordinary teams. Then you’ll be tested to perform like an extraordinary team as you take on our toughest rock wall, ropes course, and ground level challenges.  Learn to build trust, communicate, solve problems, and create a winning atmosphere.

Leading To Win

Groups interested in developing leadership skills can take advantage of our exciting leadership programs. Using the ropes course, physical team challenges, and rock climbing events, your team members will learn how to effectively lead others to achieve real results.  You’ll learn how to identify your dominant leadership style and the styles of others. Then you’ll learn how to work with a variety of different personalities.  This is ideal for teams and groups seeking to develop character, leadership and overall high performance.
