SFH Policies
Holiday/Corporate Event Policy:
Sono Field House will be closed for:
- New Years Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday – Monday)
- Independence Day Weekend (Saturday - Monday)
- Labor Day Weekend (Saturday – Monday)
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Registration Policies:
ROLL OVER Session Registration Policy:
All CURRENTLY enrolled members in the operating session receive a 2 day "ROLL OVER" priority registration period to register for our upcoming session’s program offerings during operating hours at SFH. These signs up are "Call In" only and SFH will notify each currently enrolled member of this opportunity.
Refunds/Credits Policies:
Clinic & League Refund Policy:
Sono Field House has a “No Refund” policy. In the occurance of an injury endured onsite during SFH programming, a credit will be granted for the remainder of the session. (Injuries MUST be reported and an Incident Report Form be completed before leaving the field house.)
Sono Field House reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any schedule at any time. Schedule changes are made by the better judgement of the SFH Management Team which means to grant a credit or refund from the week of change onward.
Membership is non-refundable.
Camp Refund Policy:
Sono Field House has a “No Refund” policy. Camp cancellations made 2 weeks prior to camp start date will be granted a SFH credit. Cancellations made within 2 weeks before camp is scheduled to begin will not be granted a refund or credit.
Birthday Party Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Party cancellations prior to 3 weeks before the party date, customer will receive credit to their Sono Field House account to be used for a future party, activity, or sports program.
Party cancellations less than 3 weeks before the date of the party will result in the loss of the event deposit.
Summer Destination Field Trip Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Sono Field House has a “No Refund” policy.
Destination Field Trips are non-refundable. Payment will not be reimbursed due to SFH summer program scheduling being predetermined.
Make Up Classes Policy:
Sono Field House does not issue make up classes, refunds or credits for any programming missed due to participant illness, injury, travel/vacations, personal reasons, etc. Make- Up sessions are only granted due to an unscheduled closing or cancellation during the sessions scheduled programming and SFH will notify all participants via email with make up day and time.
Snow Days/Natural Disaster Policy:
In cases of inclement weather or natural diaster which prohibits Sono Field House staff to travel safely or our facility to operate safetly, Sono Field House reserves the right to cancel scheduled programming for specific day. Sono Field House agrees to issue a “Make- Up” day for all programs missed which will be determined based on staff/coach availability and schedule flexibility.
Session Launch & Consolidation of Classes Policy:
Sono Field House provides several different dates and times of the same clinic/program in hopes of accommodating all of our SFH members. The week prior to the beginning of each session, SFH reserves the right to consolidate and/or cancel offered clinics to ensure we are providing top quality programs and the best experience possible for our participants. If the consolidation of classes offered throughout the week/weekend do not work for our members, SFH will issue a credit to their account. Refunds will be dependent on each individual situation.
Lost & Found Policy:
Sono Field House is not responsible for any left or lost item at our facility. All Lost & Found items will be put in our Lost & Found bins when found on SFH premises. Items including clothing, sports equipment, accessories, etc. will be held for no more than 30 days. Water bottles will be thrown away immediately for sanitary reasons.
Program Sign Ups:
Each of Sono Field House programs are offered for a designated session/time span. SFH members are required to sign up for programs as they are offered through the session. We are not able to accommodate or pro-rate “special request” sign ups in regard to conflicting personal schedules, vacations, conflicting sport schedules, and/or holidays.
