Indoor Soccer
Sono Field House offers a multitude of recreational and competitive indoor soccer programs for both youth and adults throughout the year!
Come experience Fairfield County's newest state of the art 52,000 square foot home for soccer featuring three 6 v 6 fields or an expansive 8 v 8 field that is sanctioned for both CJSA and state matches! Both formats play on unboarded fields where players can develop their touch and skill while enjoying a fast-paced soccer experience. SFH soccer programs include:
Leagues - Sono Field House offers competitive and recreational leagues for youth from U9 - U19. Adult men, women, and co-ed teams are assigned to leagues based on their skill level and desired level of competition. Teams can register together or individuals can sign-up and be placed on a SFH House Team. All leagues are officiated by licensed referees to ensure a fair and fun playing experience.
Clinics - For players just starting out or experienced players looking to take their game to the next level, Sono Field House has an instructional soccer program for you! Check out our list professionally coached instructional programs today!
Camps - Sign-up now for one of Sono Field House's fun filled soccer summer camps! Soccer specialty camps for ages 8 to 18 are being offered the weeks beginning June 28, July 12, and August 2 - see the summer camp page for more information and details.
Tournaments - Sono Field house offers a variety of youth and adult soccer tournaments throughout the year. Come experience the action and see what all the hype is about in one of our action packed soccer tournaments. Keep checking the website for upcoming dates!
Rentals - Don't get rained out this summer! Our field is always in perfect playing condition, and is air conditioned! Call today for a complete schedule of rental availability. CJSA sanctioned games for U9, U10, and U11 are welcome and count in your outdoor standings!

Registration Forms are processed on a first paid, first served basis once a non-refundable deposit has been received.

Full-Payment must be completed prior to week 2 game.
- Teams must pay Referee fee of $15 at the end of each game

Completion of SFH Waiver form prior to game play.

All players must have a valid SFH annual membership.
Team Documents & Rules:
- All team shirts must be the numbered, and the same color.
- All teams are responsible to have an alternative jersey color.
- The maximum roster size is limited to 15 players.
- Shin-Guards are mandatory.
- Players must remove all jewelry prior to game-play.
- All team managers are responsible for explaining rules and regulations to players.
- Any fighting will result in a suspension for the remainder of the season. Management reserves the right to expel any player from entering the facility for any period of time.
Youth Soccer
Children ages 18 months to 9 years old can participate in our exciting Lil' Kickers program! Lil Kickers is the perfect way to introduce your child to the game of soccer. It includes basic drills and fun child development games, led by our nurturing and energetic LK Coaching Staff!
Youth soccer players ages 9 and up may register for SFH leagues and clinic sessions. See below for the details!

- 6v6 (including GK)

- U-11BG and up - Kick Ins
- Round Robin Format
- Two 26 minute halves (2 minute halftime)

Adult Soccer
Adult Indoor Soccer Leagues at Sono Field House are recreational and competitive indoor soccer leagues for adults. Teams require a minimum of 8 players. League categories include mens and co-ed teams.
Divisions & Level of Play:
Men’s Division 1 – Top amateur/College level
Men’s Division 2 – Intermediate former HS/College
Men’s Division 2 Red - Recreational
Not already part of a team? SFH can form house teams or helps match players to teams, so everyone can play.
SFH annual membership fee applies to all adult league teams.

Men's League: Monday Evening Games Between 8:30-10:30pm
