We take Fairfield County’s reputation for excellent lacrosse very seriously, which is why we are committed to delivering the best in lacrosse programming, coaching, and leadership. 

Our lacrosse staff's knowledge and experience is unrivaled: SFH is the only facility where athletes receive personal training and guidance from our esteemed lacrosse coaching staff; led by Coach Jeff Brameier, Lisa Lindley, Amy Alvord, Paul Burke, Bobby Lutz, and Paul McNultey . Whether you join a seasonal league, fine-tune your skills in SFH lacrosse clinics, or attend a summer camp, the best lax players are bred at Sono Field House.

General Rules & Guidelines

• Playing time is grouped into Sessions (8 or 9 Weeks).

• Game day/night for your team will typically be the same day each week. Although SFH tries to maintain a consistant schedule, there may be instances when we schedule your game on a different day. Game times may vary from week to week (typically 1 hour once a week).

• All players will be kept informed and updated of their team or program's schedule or any changes to the schedule through the Sono Field House email system.
