Sono Field House is proud to present the ultimate in lacrosse training, league play, tournaments, recruitment events, and camps! We take Fairfield County’s reputation for excellent lacrosse very seriously, which is why we are committed to delivering the best in lacrosse programming, coaching, and leadership. Our lacrosse staff's knowledge and experience is unrivaled: SFH is the only facility where athletes receive personal training and guidance from our esteemed lacrosse coaching staff, led by Coach Jeff Brameier, the winningest active coach in the state of Connecticut. Whether you join a seasonal league, fine-tune your skills in SFH lacrosse clinics, or attend a summer camp, the best lax players are bred at Sono Field House.
General Rules & Guidelines
Register for a program online - it's easy!
- Click on the REGISTER link, and follow the directions to become a SFH Registered User.
- Once you are registered, LOG IN and become a SFH MEMBER and sign up for available programming.
- To form a new team: Team Leader, send your roster and contact information to and you will be contacted by a Sono Field House Guest Services Coordinator.
- To join an already existing team, log on to MySAM.
- To join the Girls or Boys Fall Lacrosse Showcase, click here.
- To register for Lil Laxers, log on to MySAM.
- Playing time is grouped into Sessions.
- Game day/night for your team will typically be the same day each week. Although SFH tries to maintain a consistant schedule, there may be instances when we schedule your game on a different day. Game times may vary from week to week.
- All players will be kept informed and updated of their team or program's schedule or any changes to the schedule through the Sono Field House email system.

Sono Field House offers a variety of lacrosse skills & conditioning clinics and youth camps. Clinics feature a challenging curriculum directed by seasoned lacrosse Coach Jeff Brameier! Players will be grouped according to ability for each session. All programming is led by our expert coaching and training staff. Lacrosse Showcase
Sono Fall Ball Showcase is a 7 week program consisting of 30 minutes of skills/drills fine tuning and 1 hour of playing time each Sunday. Special Coaching appearances from premier college women’s lacrosse programs on select dates through out the session and consistant instruction from local Varsity HS coaches and collegiate all star graduates!

Advanced Attack/Middie/Defense Skills Clinic
Clinic Focus: Giving the advanced lacrosse players better competition. For instance, work on improving your foot work, shot speed and accuracy, and building and developing dodging (whether from up top, behind, or the wing). The possibilities are endless in this clinic and this will be an unbelievable way for the coaches to critique your athlete and give them drills & tips to use and become the best they can be.
Boys 5th-7th Grade
- Day/Time: Mondays at 5:30pm - 6:30pm
- Dates: September 13th, 20th, and 27th!

Advanced Shooter/Goalie Clinic
Clinic Focus: Teach goalies & offensive personnel all the fundamental skills they need to be successful at his specific position as well as the finer, more technical points that you need to be a step ahead of all of your peers. Offense/Shooters-Offensively, they will be working on improving their shot
velocity, shot accuracy, and technique for all the different shot types (Time and Room, On the Run, Inside Shots etc.) Goalie Specific- Goalies will focus on stick work, body positioning, hand speed, foot agility, and game situations.
Co-ed 5th-7th Grade
- Day/Time: Wednesdays at 5:30pm
- Dates: September 1st, 8th, and 22nd!

Advanced Situational Offensive and Defensive Skills Clinics
Clinic focus: Situational specific offensive/defensive events that occur throughout the course of a game. These situations include, but are not limited to, fast breaks, how to take advantage of unsettled situations (offensively and defensively), and other important lacrosse decision making tips that will increase your lacrosse IQ.
Boys 8th-12th Grade
- Day/Time: Wednesdays 7:30-9pm or Thursdays 7:30-9pm
- Dates: Wednesday, September 1st, 8th, 22nd, and 29th / Thursday, September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th

Sono Field House offers competitive lacrosse leagues for youth players of all ages and abilities. Youth teams are assigned to leagues based on their age and desired level of competition.
