Indoor LACROSSE
Sono Field House is proud to present the ultimate in lacrosse training, league play, tournaments, recruitment events, and camps! We take Fairfield County’s reputation for excellent lacrosse very seriously, which is why we are committed to delivering the best in lacrosse programming, coaching, and leadership. Our lacrosse staff's knowledge and experience is unrivaled: SFH is the only facility where athletes receive personal training and guidance from our esteemed lacrosse coaching staff, led by Coach Jeff Brameier, the winningest active coach in the state of Connecticut. Whether you join a seasonal league, fine-tune your skills in SFH lacrosse clinics, or attend a summer camp, the best lax players are bred at Sono Field House.
GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES:
Register for a program online - it's easy!
1. Click on the REGISTER link at the top of the page, and follow the directions to become a SFH Member.
2. Once you are a member, log in through the MEMBER LOG IN link and sign up for any program that is available.
3. For league play only, please contact Jeff Brameier at to register a team.
- Playing time is grouped into Sessions. Spring lacrosse session is 10 weeks.
- Game day/night for your team will typically be the same day each week. Although SFH tries to maintain a consistant schedule, there may be instances when we schedule your game on a different day. Game times may vary from week to week.
- All players will be kept informed and updated of their team or program's schedule or any changes to the schedule through the Sono Field House email system.
Youth Lacrosse
Leagues
Sono Field House offers competitive lacrosse leagues for youth players of all ages and abilities. Youth teams are assigned to leagues based on their age and desired level of competition.

League Programs:
Boys Youth Lacrosse Leagues: Boys Youth Leagues run from 5th to 8th grade.
Boys High School Lacrosse Leagues: Boys High School Leagues are divided into 9th - 12th grade leagues.
Girls Youth Lacrosse Leagues: Girls Youth Instructional League begin from 5th to 8th grades.
Girls High School Lacrosse Leagues: Girls High School Leagues are divided into a 9th - 12th grade leagues.
Clinics & Camps
