Indoor Football
Enhance your football skills with Sono Field House football instruction & game time. Throughout the year, SFH offers a variety of skills clinics, football teambuilding programs, passing leagues, and customized off-season team training programs. Our coaching staff is directed by Coach Rob Trifone, an experienced leader with proven success on the field.

GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES:
Register for a program online - it's easy!
1. Click on the REGISTER link at the top of the page, and follow the directions to become a SFH Member.
2. Once you are a member, log in through the MEMBER LOG IN link and sign up for any program once it becomes available.
3. For league sessions only, please contact Rob Trifone at to register a team.

8th - 12th Grades
Fridays from 6 - 7 pm
6 one hour sessions beginning February 19th
In six weeks, experience and train with:
* Resistance
* Foot speed drills
* Footwork technique for Offensive and Defensive line
* Developing explosive power in the hips
* Medicine ball punch drills
* 1 on 1 drills
* 3 on 3 and 5 on 5 team drills
* Video tape analysis in our video lab
