General Rules & Guidelines

Click on the REGISTER link at the top of the page, and follow the directions to become a SFH Registered User.

Once you are registered, LOG IN and become a SFH Member and sign up for available programming.

Playing time is grouped into Sessions.

Clinics and league play will typically be the same day/time each week.

All players will be kept informed and updated of their team or program's schedule or any changes to the schedule through the Sono Field House email system.

Field Hockey shin guards, mouth guards, goggles, and sticks are required at all times for participation on the field.
Sono Field House is the new Connecticut Field Hockey Headquarters! We are committed to taking field hockey to the next level in Fairfield County, and welcome teams from near and far to play at Sono Field House! With the guidance of our experienced and engaging field hockey coaching staff, our players learn everything from the fundamentals to high level skills and techniques through practice, scrimmages, and games.
