Frequently Asked Party Questions

What does each party include?

Sono Field House will provide 2 birthday hosts to be with your party throughout the entire stay, decorations, paper goods and unlimited fountain drinks (soda and water) for the party room.

Do I need to know the exact # of guests prior to booking a party?

You do not need an exact number, just an approximate head count.

How do I book a party?

Visit our website and determine which party package you are most interested in. From there, you can call 203-604-9030 or send an e-mail to to check availability and request a party date.

What do I need to bring for the party?

• Each child must have a waiver signed by a parent. This waver can be found here, Minor's Waiver and when the party is booked you will be sent an electronic copy.
• The birthday crowd!

Is there an age limit to parties?

No there is not! Based on experience and past parties, SFH recommends any age under 4 years old to have a Lil’ Kickers party. Our Rockwall parties are best for ages beginning at 7 years old. Field parties are best for ages 5 and older.

How long is each party?

• Field, Lil’ Kickers, and both NFL parties are 1.5 hrs long. The first hour will take place on the field followed by 30 minutes in the party room

• Rock Wall parties are 2 hours. Approximately 1.5 hours of climbing time followed by 30 minutes in the party room.

Can we put up decorations?

SFH will supply decorations; you are more than welcome to bring in extra!

What activities can I choose from for a ‘Field Party’?

SFH is always open for new games and activities, if you do not see one you would like please don’t hesitate to ask! Currently we have: dodgeball, kickball, soccer, flag football, relay races, capture the flag, tug of war, dodgeball, wiffleball, and little laxers.

Do you provide a freezer for my ice cream cake?

We can supply ice cream cakes for your party but we cannot guarantee that there will be available space in our freezer.

What beverages do you provide?

Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Powerade and water.

Where do you order pizza?

Planet Pizza, Darien CT.

Can I bring in outside food?

Yes, there are some restrictions so please just let our Party Director be aware of what type of food you would like to be bringing in.
