From North via Connecticut Turnpike (1-95):

At light, turn Left on West Ave.
Go .5 miles and bear Right on Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.
Go approximately 1.5 Miles - Entrance to Sono Field House on Left.
From the Merritt Parkway : From the North
Take Exit 40A towards US-7 s/Norwalk
Turn Slight Rt onto Main Ave. (Main Ave. becomes Main St.
Turn Rt onto CT-123/New Canaan Ave
Merge onto US-7 S via the ramp on the Left toward I-95
Take the I-95 N exit on the Left toward Bridgeport/Maritime Center/So. Norwalk
Take the exit toward Maritime Center/So/ Norwalk
Take the ramp toward South Norwalk
Turn Slight Right onto West Ave.
Turn slight Right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and go 1.8 Miles
Sono Field House will be on Left.
From the Merritt Parkway : From the South
Take Exit 39A and merge onto US-7 South.
Take the I-95 N exit on the Left toward Bridgeport/Maritime Center/So. Norwalk
Take the exit toward Maritime Center/So/ Norwalk
Take the ramp toward South Norwalk
Turn Slight Right onto West Ave.
Turn slight Right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and go 1.8 Miles
Sono Field House will be on Left.

Metro North service to South Norwalk from NYC and New Haven:
Taxi Service is available at South Norwalk Station.
From front of station, take left on Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. - Go approximately 1.2 miles
