Team Building & Efficiency Curriculum

Go from being a group to becoming a team as you take on the rock wall, zip lines, or challenge course at Sono Field House (SFH). This exciting curriculum teaches corporate groups how to promote collaboration, teamwork, camaraderie, and how to reduce office politics and internal turf wars. Available for groups of 5 to 500 participants this curriculum will blow you away!

Employee Appreciation Programs

These programs give your hard working nurses, techs, and other front line personnel the chance to celebrate the great work they do. Designed specifically to reward groups who have just won a big pitch, met their sales, goals, or are otherwise star employees! These programs incorporate music, fun, laughter, applause and adventures on our rock wall and ropes course to create an atmosphere where everybody succeeds.

Leadership & Sales Courses

Groups interested in developing leadership skills can take advantage of our exciting leadership programs. Using a ropes course, physical team challenges, and rock climbing events, your team members will learn how to effectively lead others to achieve real results. You’ll learn how to identify your dominant leadership style and the styles of others. Then you’ll learn how to work with a variety of different personalities. This is ideal for teams and groups seeking to develop character, leadership and overall high performance.
